In partnership with Rupp/Rosebrock, we have worked to bring this design-build project to life! This new downtown building is ready for Leipsic and surrounding villages to take full advantage of the long list of programs offered. The center has been aptly named and designed with the community' best interest as the top priority.

David is coming back to his hometown after earning some great qualifications! He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of Business Administration all from the University of Cincinnati. He will be a full-time part of the architectural design team, something he is familiar with since completing a summer co-op with TDG in 2014. He is working towards his architectural license and earning Architectural Experience Program credit through NCARB.
Bill is wrapping up his last week at Technicon Design Group, after spending the past decade here with us. He has gained plenty of knowledge having spent over 40 years working with design and construction. He has worked on thousands of projects in many different market types. Bill is also making history as the 1st person to ever retire from TDG. With this honor, he will now be able to spend more time with his wife, Ruth, his family, and doing things that bring him joy. We wish him all the best and hope he enjoys some much deserved time off!
We have enjoyed partnering with the Village of Elida to design their new Town Hall. We are looking forward to the start of construction this spring. (news story starts at 2 min. in)
Last Thursday, Henry County Senior Center broke ground on the site of their new facility. It will be located in Napoleon on the previous C.D. Brillhart Elementary School grounds. Everyone here at TDG has been working hard since November, when Henry County passed a levy to help fund the new building. This spring, Deb Leopold joined our team here at TDG. Deb has many years experience in Construction Administration and has been a wonderful asset for keeping our many projects organized and on time!

Four Seasons Park in Kalida, OH hosted Lions Club Family Fun Day as an opportunity to use their new park pavilion. Residents of American Township and all of Lima, OH have a new park to explore. Hermon Woodlands Park is meant to be family oriented based on donor and namesake, the late Carole Hermon, by featuring two large children's play areas. The park also contains two fully enclosed shelter houses and public restroom facilities. Hermon Woodlands is part of the larger Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District with 11 other parks around Allen County. Click here to read further details and history of the park.

A ground breaking ceremony was held on Main St of Leipsic, OH in honor of the new community center starting construction this summer. This 34,000 Sq Ft project will help address the need for community gathering spaces plus accessible healthcare resources in the town.
